- Battle of Cartago: When SG-1 explore the planet Cartago and make first contact with the Byrsa people, Teal'c is recognized as once having been the First Prime of Apophis. As a result, Teal'c is put on trial for killing Hanno's father Himilco. Hanno releases Teal'c however, when the planet is attacked by Apophis and Teal'c helps to save the Byrsa people, proving that he has changed his ways and that he no longer serves the Goa'uld.. - Escape from Hadante: SG-1 are sentenced to life imprisonment in Hadante, an underground prison accessible only through a Stargate which has no Dial Home Device. A prisoner called Linea however, helps SG-1 to escape through Stargate, which also ensured her own freedom. But when SG-1 returned to Earth, Stargate Command realize too late that Linea is actually the notorious criminal nicknamed the "Destroyer of Worlds", who created a disease that wiped out an entire planet. Linnea escapes through the Stargate before the SGC could re-capture her. (SG1: "Prisoners")

- Skirmish on P7J-989: SG-1 travel to P7J-989 and get trapped inside a Virtual reality pod. SG-1 are forced to relive past events, which included watching their friends and family members die, as entertainment. SG-1 manage to escape, and in the process also help the other inhabitants leave the virtual reality machine. (SG1: "The Gamekeeper")

- Skirmish with the Virus Orb: While SG-1 explores the dead planet P5C-353, they discover an Orb that sends out electromagnetic signals. Believing the Orb contained messages from a lost civilization, SG-1 brings it back to Earth. However the Orb contains organisms which infected everything it touched, metabolizing its subatomic structure. SG-1 agree with the organism who is using Jack O'Neill as a means of communication to send the orb through the Stargate to P4G-881, which is a primordial world with no civilization which pays off and also results in the self-destruct being stopped altogether. - Search for Teal'c: On an exploratory mission to Svoriin, Teal'c is stung by a giant insect. When Teal'c returned to Earth, the venom began to rewrite his DNA, which nearly caused Teal'c to transform into the insects's offspring. Later, as a result of these events, Svoriin is permanently locked out of the SGC's dialing computer and declared off-limits to all SGC personnel due to the incident with the bugs. (SG1: "Bane")

- Search for the Touchstone: A group that poses as SG-1 steal the climate-controlling Touchstone from the planet Madrona (PX7-941), which causes the plant's weather to deteriorate, threatening the inhabitants with imminent death. SG-1 later make the disturbing discovery that the second Stargate on Earth, which had been officially decommissioned, has been reactivated by high-levels and used to steal the touchstone. SG-1 regain the touchstone and returned it Madrona but the team who posed as SG-1 escape through the second Stargate while the second Stargate is later permanently resealed with a twenty-four guard being placed on it at all times under the command of General Hammond.(SG1: "Touchstone")
