- Samantha Carter killed the Goa’uld System Lord Seth, when SG-1 discovered Seth hiding on Earth for thousands of years and leading an occult sect. (SG1: "Seth")
- The Asgard leader Thor, informed the SGC that the Goa'uld System Lords planned to attack Earth, and provided help in negotiating a peace deal. (SG1: "Fair Game")
- During a routine mission, SG-1 discovered a room containing the corpses of a league of Goa'uld who challenged the System Lords. (SG1: "Legacy")
- In the pursuit of knowledge, SG-1 traveled to the planet Orban as part of an exchange program. Daniel and Teal'c remained on the planet, and a young Orbanian girl named Merrin, traveled to Earth, and taught Carter how to build Naquadah reactor. (SG1: "Learning Curve")
- An alternate-reality version of Major Samantha Carter and the deceased Major Kawalsky used the Quantum mirror to transport themselves to our present-day Earth, and were found in a top-secret Area 51 building. SG1 traveled back to Major Samantha Carter and Major Kawalsky reality and contacted the Asgard race, who liberated thier Earth from Goa’uld occupation. (SG1: "Point of View")
- SG-1 discovered a camp being used by Apophis to train troops that could infiltrate the SGC. (SG1: "Rules of Engagement")
- SG-1 traveled to the planet PJ6-877 and were captured by the bounty hunter Aris Boch, who solicited their help in capturing a Tok’ra named Kel'tar in exchange for their freedom. SG1 were able to convince Aris Boch, that the Tok’ra were not like the Goa’uld, which lead to SG1’s and Kel’tar being released. (SG1: "Deadman Switch")
- SG-1 traveled to a medieval village under Sokar's control and liberated the villagers. (SG1: "Demons")
- Teal'c killed Amonet and the host Sha're, as she attempted to kill Daniel with a hand device. Before Sha're's death however, she revealed to Daniel that her son was a Harcesis child, and therefore carried all the knowledge of the Goa'uld. (SG1: "Forever in a Day")
- Sokar is killed by the Tok'ra. Apophis returned and assumed control of his armies, becoming the strongest Goa'uld among the System Lords. (SG1: "The Devil You Know")
- The Goa'uld symbiote was removed from Skaara by the Tok'ra, and Skaara returned home to Abydos. (SG1: "Pretense")
- SG-1 and Colonel Maybourne's NID forces re-captured the SGC, when an alien race from P3X-11 created a foothold situation. (SG1: "Foothold")
- O'Neill went undercover and helped capture the rogue Stargate team that been stealing alien artifacts, including the touchstone on the planet Madrona. O'Neil also revealed that Colonel Maybourne had been leading the rogue Stargate team, but he went into hiding and escaped punishment. (SG1: "Shades of Grey")
- Daniel found a glowing crystal skull, identical to the one discovered by his grandfather in 1982, which allowed SG-1 to make first contact with a race of being nicknamed the Giant Aliens. (SG1: "Crystal Skull")
- SG-1 and the Gaza Stargate were transported aboard Thor's vessel, when it was over taken by Replicators. SG1 attached an elementary naquadah enhanced bomb (BF-8) on the deceleration drive, which was detonated when vessel entered the Earth's atmosphere. Thor's vessel crashed into the Pacific Ocean, but a single Replicators survived and quickly overtook a Russian submarine. Fortunately, the submarine was destroyed before the replicator infestation escaped. However the Gaza Stargate, used by SG-1 to escape Thor's vessels, was lost in the Pacific Ocean. - Genrald Hammond ordered that the Antarctic Stargate to be brought out of storage, and used to replace the Giza Stargate. (SG1: "Nemesis")
- The Russians retrieved the Giza Stargate from the ocean and began their own Stargate Program, without the knowledge of the United States. Former Air Force Colonel and NID Agent Harry Maybourne committed treason when he provided the Russians with the information they needed to get their program started. (SG1: "Watergate")
