- When SG-1 traveled to the planet P3R-272, the Ancients language and knowledge was downloaded into O’Neill’s brain. O’Neill added new Stargate destinations in to the SGC computer, previously not from the Abydos cartouche. O'Neill also traveled outside the Milky Way Galaxy and made physical first contact with the Asgard race. (SG1: "The Fifth Race")
- While attempting to save the members of SG-10 from a black hole on planet P3W-451, the SGC activated the Stargate and created an artificial Wormhole between the two worlds, exposes themselves to the black hole's gravitational pull. Even without power, the black hole's gravitation continued to draw the SGC closer, warping the space-time continuum. Colonel Cromwell and O'Neill, placed an explosive device near to the event horizon, which caused the wormhole conneted to the Earth's Stargate to disengage. (SG1: "A Matter of Time")
- On a routine reconnaissance mission to the planet PJ2-445, SG1 made first contact with an alien humanoid species who had developed a symbiotic relationship with the plants that exist on that world. (SG1: "One False Step")
- A powerful solar flare crossed the path of the Stargate's matter stream, which caused SG-1 to be propelled around the sun and travel back in time 30 years to 1969. SG-1 were able to actiavte the Stargate in storage, and prediced another solar flare. But SG-1 entered the Stargate a few seconds to early and were propelled far into the future. An elderly Cassandra, in the future, returned them back to thier timeline. (SG1: "1969")
- The SGC was infiltrated by an invisible race called the Reetou, who planed to destroy the Goa’uld by eradicating all potential human hosts. Jacob and another Tok'ra however brought a device called Transphase Eradication Rods, which allowed SG-1 to reveal and destroy the Reetou. (SG1: "Show and Tell")
- Hathor captured SG-1's O'Neill, Daniel, and Carter and uses them to gather information on the current state of affairs since her time on Earth about 2,000 years ago. Teal'c gathered a group of Jaffa to help him rescue SG-1 and started the Jaffa Rebellion to overthrow the Goa'uld. O'Neill killed Hathor and the team returned to Earth. (SG1: "Out of Mind", "Into the Fire")
- Samantha Carter killed the Goa’uld System Lord Seth, when SG-1 discovered Seth hiding on Earth for thousands of years and leading an occult sect. (SG1: "Seth")
- The Asgard leader Thor, informed the SGC that the Goa'uld System Lords planned to attack Earth, and provided help in negotiating a peace deal. (SG1: "Fair Game")
- During a routine mission, SG-1 discovered a room containing the corpses of a league of Goa'uld who challenged the System Lords. (SG1: "Legacy")
- In the pursuit of knowledge, SG-1 traveled to the planet Orban as part of an exchange program. Daniel and Teal'c remained on the planet, and a young Orbanian girl named Merrin, traveled to Earth, and taught Carter how to build Naquadah reactor. (SG1: "Learning Curve")
- An alternate-reality version of Major Samantha Carter and the deceased Major Kawalsky used the Quantum mirror to transport themselves to our present-day Earth, and were found in a top-secret Area 51 building. SG1 traveled back to Major Samantha Carter and Major Kawalsky reality and contacted the Asgard race, who liberated thier Earth from Goa’uld occupation. (SG1: "Point of View")
- SG-1 discovered a camp being used by Apophis to train troops that could infiltrate the SGC. (SG1: "Rules of Engagement")
- SG-1 traveled to the planet PJ6-877 and were captured by the bounty hunter Aris Boch, who solicited their help in capturing a Tok’ra named Kel'tar in exchange for their freedom. SG1 were able to convince Aris Boch, that the Tok’ra were not like the Goa’uld, which lead to SG1’s and Kel’tar being released. (SG1: "Deadman Switch")
- SG-1 traveled to a medieval village under Sokar's control and liberated the villagers. (SG1: "Demons")
- Teal'c killed Amonet and the host Sha're, as she attempted to kill Daniel with a hand device. Before Sha're's death however, she revealed to Daniel that her son was a Harcesis child, and therefore carried all the knowledge of the Goa'uld. (SG1: "Forever in a Day")
- Sokar is killed by the Tok'ra. Apophis returned and assumed control of his armies, becoming the strongest Goa'uld among the System Lords. (SG1: "The Devil You Know")
- The Goa'uld symbiote was removed from Skaara by the Tok'ra, and Skaara returned home to Abydos. (SG1: "Pretense")
