  • Klorel’s death glider crashed on Tollana, allowing Skaara’s personality to re-emerge and request asylum. SG-1 are then in invited to participate in Triad’, an ancient Tollan justice ceremony, that resulted in the Tok’ra removing Klorel from Skaara. Skaara returned home to Abydos.
SG1:"Pretense"
  • O'Neill went undercover and helped capture the rogue Stargate team that had been stealing alien artifacts, including the touchstone on the planet Madrona. O'Neil also revealed that Colonel Maybourne had been leading the rogue Stargate team, but he went into hiding and escaped punishment.
SG1:"Shades of Grey"
  • SG-1 discovered a crystal skull on P7X-377 that was identical to the one discovered by his grandfather, Nicholas Ballard, in 1971. The crystal skull allowed SG-1 to make first contact with a race of being called the Omeyocan (nicknamed the Giant Aliens).
SG1:"Crystal Skull"
  • SG-1 and the Giza Stargate were transported aboard Thor's vessel (Biliskner), when it was over taken by Replicators. SG1 attached an elementary naquadah enhanced bomb (BF-8) on the deceleration drive, which was detonated when the vessel entered Earth's atmosphere. Thor's vessel crashed into the Pacific Ocean, but a single Replicators survived and quickly overtook a Russian submarine. Fortunately, the submarine was destroyed before the replicator infestation escaped. However the Gaza Stargate, used by SG-1 to escape Thor's vessels, was lost in the Pacific Ocean. In response, Genrald Hammond ordered that the Antarctic Stargate to be brought out of storage, and used to replace the Giza Stargate.
SG1:"Nemesis","Small Victories"
  • The Russians retrieved the Giza Stargate from the ocean and began their own Stargate Program, without the knowledge of the United States. Former Air Force Colonel and NID Agent Harry Maybourne committed treason when he provided the Russians with the information they needed to get their program started.
SG1:"Watergate"
  • Earth, P4X-639, Alaris, and 11 other planets spend at least three months trapped in a time loop. Since the general population of Earth wasn't aware of this, these months go unrecorded on Earth's calendar.
SG1:"Window of Opportunity"
  • Heru'ur is killed, allowing Apophis to absorb his forces into his own.
SG1:"Serpent's Venom"
