- SG-1 travelled to P2X-439 and found a Repository of the Ancients. In-order to prevent Anubis from acquiring the knowledge within the Repository of the Ancients, SG1 destroyed the device. Before destroying the Repository of the Ancients however, O’Neill downloaded the devices knowledge into his brain. O’Neil used the knowledge to take SG-1 to an Ancient Outpost on Taonas, where they found a Zero Point Module (ZPM). SG-1 returned to Earth and used the ZPM to activate the Antarctic outpost.O’Neill used the Control chair, at the Antarctic outpost, to launch drones at Anubis’s invasion fleet that were above the Earth. Anubis’s fleet was destroyed.O’Neill entered the Antarctic outpost chamber and froze himself, to prevent the Ancients knowledge downloaded into his brain from killing him.

- During a rescue mission to Atlantis, Prometheus is hijacked while answering a distress call. The crew, excluding Daniel Jackson, is transported to a damaged Al'kesh, by what appears to be a Kull Warrior. Daniel discovers that the hijacker is former Goa'uld host named Vala, who plans to sell the ship. Daniel and the crew are able to retake the ship, but Vala escapes.
