Altairan

The Altairans were a race of Humans who lived on Altair around 9,000 BC. However, when Altair's atmosphere and surface became radioactive, the Altairans had to leave the surface and build up their civilization underground. Sometime after this they transferred their consciousnesses into android bodies.
