Apophis' Jaffa commander was a male Jaffa in service of Apophis. He took part in Apophis' attack on Earth. He was attacked by SG-1 who attempted to capture Klorel. Later, he was shot twice with a Zat'n'ktel fired by Bra'tac as punishment for failing Klorel, resulting in the Jaffa Commander's death. (SG1: "The Serpent's Lair")
