Jaffa Commander (Upgrades) was a Jaffa commander who served under Apophis. He lead a group of Jaffa guards that guarded a prototype Battleship that belonged to Apophis and stood on the other side of the Stargate. When SG-1 ran through the gate he and his troops opened fire but were killed by SG-1 who used their Atanik armbands and took out him and his men quickly. His red Jaffa armor establishes that he was once in the service of Sokar before his forces were taken over by Apophis. (SG1: "Upgrades")
