An Asgard communicator is a hand-held communication device used by the Asgard. They resemble a smooth stone, and can either be held in the palm of the hand or attached to clothing. There are no discernible buttons or switches, and they appear to activate simply by speaking into it. While it is unknown how far an Asgard comminucator is able to transmit messages, it is at least capable of sending messages to ships in planetary orbit.
