Astrimar is a space station that is orbiting the Svoriin. The Astrimar has a crew of over a hundred scientists and astronauts aboard. The station has limited supplies, and is four hundred fifty kilometers above Svoriin. Astrimar have escape pods on board for the crew's return to planet. Astrimar is driven by some fusion generators that are planned for future use moon colony. The station needs to ninety minutes to do a lap around the planet. (RPG: "Friends and Foes: Stargate Season Two")
History
In 1998, there were over a hundred astronauts and scientists aboard the space station under the command of Birgit Sonnegart. Astrimar tried to contact Svoriin for the situation of Infestation fly, but they got no response and all they could do was watch as their people died on the planet Svoriin.
