Cab Driver is a male Tau'ri who is employed driving a taxi cab. When Dr. Elizabeth Weir called to the company he works for he was assigned to her, but a man also needed a taxi and when they began arguing he asked who would get in. When Vice President Robert Kinsey arrived he took the man in his cab. (SG1: "Lost City, Part 1")
