Cal Mah (Sanctuary) was the location of the Rebel Jaffa under the leadership of K'tano. K'tano declared the planet a place for all free Jaffa. Yu learned of it's location, and sent a ha'tak to destroy the Rebel Jaffa, who were forced to relocate. (SG1: "The Warrior")
