The California Institute of Technology, otherwise known as Caltech is a university in California, USA. In 1996, Doctor Alison Porter was graduated from there. (ATL: "Whispers") Around ten years later, in 2006, Kaleb Miller convinced his wife, Jeannie to send her theory on bridging two separate realities to Graham Peel in the Institute.
