The chair room is a room at the top of the eastern tower in the inner city of Atlantis, and other city-ships which possess Stargates, which houses the control chair of the city-ship.

The control chair contains all the normal functions of a typical control chair, including weapons control, power distribution, and flight control. Despite being one of the city's more vital systems, the chair room is not located in the Atlantis control tower at all, but in the eastern most tower of the Inner City.
