Coffee is a hot drink known to have been consumed on Earth. The personnel of both Stargate Command and Atlantis expedition widely use coffee, particularly Dr. Rodney McKay, who is known at some point to drink 11 cups of coffee a day, which shows a possible addiction. (SGA: "Underground")

Whilst under the influence of Urgo, who was curious about Earth, SG-1 became more inclined to drink coffee, thinking it has been given a hint of cinnamon. At that point Teal'c picked up a pot and drank half a gallon of steaming hot coffee. (SG1: "Urgo")

The Tok'ra symbiote Selmak found coffee distasteful. Its host Jacob Carter gave up the drink for this reason, something his daughter, Major Samantha Carter, found surprising. (SG1: "Death Knell")

The Mess hall in Atlantis often has coffee on the end of the buffet lines. (SGA: "Brain Storm")

Unfortunately, during the evacuation of Icarus Base to Destiny, coffee was not part of the supplies brought through the Stargate. As a result, some members of the Destiny expedition began experiencing symptoms of caffeine withdrawal. (SGU: "Darkness")
