The Day of Reckoning was a prophesied day when all who have renounced the Ori would feel their wrath. As the Priors moved throughout the Milky Way galaxy, they spread word of this event to their follows who in turn used it to sway non-believers to believe in the Ori. The Day finally came to pass in the Milky Way with the Battle of P3Y-229, where the Ori's first four ships entered the Milky Way, destroying most of those who banded together to try and stop them at the Supergate.
