Eric was one of Teal'cs neighbors when Teal'c moved into his own apartment. Eric was an avid skateboarder who idolized Teal'c. He helped Teal'c load his belongings into his automobile when it came time for Teal'c to return to Stargate Command because his being out on his own was too much of a security risk. Eric painted a rendering of Teal'cs Jaffa mark onto his skateboard in Teal'cs honor. (SG1: "Affinity")
