David Blue is an American actor best known to television viewers as Cliff St. Paul on the series, Ugly Betty.

Blue played the role of Eli Wallace, a slacker who goes from playing video games to being stranded aboard the Destiny in the course of two days.

Blue is arguably the biggest Stargate fan around the set of Universe. He often speaks about what an honor it is to be part of the show and jokes about being something of a creative consultant to the writers and actors because of his vast knowledge of everything Stargate.
