Stargate Universe Press Kit was officially released by the Syfy channel, in a very limited number, to help promote Stargate Universe. The press kit included a 30-page hard-cover press book with cast bios, cast photos and production notes. The book has a button on the cover that says "push", which causes two chevons to light up on the Stargate. The book also includes the first three full-length episodes of Stargate Universe with no commercial interruptions on 2 DVDs. However, since these episodes were released prior to airdate, they may not be the final corrected versions that aired on the Syfy channel.
