Jocelyne Rae Loewen (born November 1, 1976) is a Canadian actress who was the voice of "Merle" in the original Bandai English dub of Escaflowne (TV series and movie).

Jocelyne has also been in "The Chris Isaak Show" as "Lizzy" and most recently starring in "The Assistants" as "Hope".
