Julia Donovan, a reporter that found evidence of a secret military organization that got big fundings (the Stargate Command). She, together with a TV crew, was allowed entrance into the facility of Prometheus. After her findings she signed a non-disclosure agreement but was told that she would get any news before it would be made public, as a bribe not to reveal anything before that time. (SG1: "Prometheus")
She was also the one who interviewed Samantha Carter during the Colson Incident in august 2004. (SG1: "Covenant")

- In an alternate reality where Carter accidentally travelled to, Julia Donovan was still a reporter and news anchorwoman, where she updates the people of Earth about the goings on in the Stargate programme. (SG1: "The Road Not Taken")
