The jumper bay is a bay in Atlantis where puddle jumpers are house. There are two exits from this bay one is a shuter on the floor that opens to let a jumper into the gate room and the other is another shuter in the roof to allow a jumper to get out and travel around the planet instead of going throw the stargate.
