Kell was a commander in the Satedan Military.
He was one of the 300 Satedans who survived the Wraith attack on Sateda. When Ronon heard that he was still alive, he arranged to see him through Teyla. However, the second Ronon saw Kell, he killed him in cold blood. When Teyla noticed he used her friendship, Ronon explained that he left Sateda a coward by sending thousands of soldiers to the death and only regretted that his death was quick. (ATL: "Trinity")
