Mrs. Kinsey is the wife of former Vice President Robert Kinsey.

She was present at a party that Kinsey was having when Colonel Jack O'Neill and Harold Maybourne came to blackmail him into calling off the NID from threatening Major General George S. Hammond. Suspecting something was wrong, she called the NID. (SG1: "Chain Reaction")
