Kreiger was a police Sgt. who lived in a small town in Oregon and worked for Sheriff Knox he was ordered by the sheriff to bring in Samantha Carter so knox could talk to her which he did it is unknown if he had a Goa'uld Symbiote although the symbiote would have left his body when he got an injection of Peter Stofer's Syringe.
