[edit] History

"I... serve.. Anubis."
—Kull Warrior

Using the knowledge he had gained along with information he had retrieved from Jonas Quinn's mind, Anubis began the process of creating a new type of foot soldier that would serve him as the Jaffa rebellion had shown that these former servants had grown increasingly unreliable. Enticing a Goa'uld Queen to serve him, Anubis began the task of using Ancient technology to create a breed of super soldiers known as the Kull Warriors.

Anubis would make use of both the Goa'uld Thoth and the base on Tartarus to serve as the primary breeding facility for these warriors. Once completed, the soldiers were sent through the Stargate into the territory of minor Goa'uld where they would rampage through the Jaffa ranks to kill their Goa'uld Lord. Once the Lord was slain, his armies would be incorporated within Anubis's ranks which greatly increased his power.

SG-1 would eventually discover one of these warriors on its assigned task and learned of its creation. They would successfully capture one, after much effort, and learned of where the creatures were being bred. A mission was sent on Earth to find the Ancient healing device found by the Goa'uld Telchak in order to create an effective countermeasure. Anubis would learn of this and sent an attack fleet along with Kull Warriors to assault the Alpha Site in order to prevent the development of the weapon but this failed.

After the battle of Antarctica, the Kull were taken over by Ba'al, but Anubis' return effectively brought them back under his control. After Anubis and Oma Desala engaged each other in eternal struggle, the Free Jaffa were able to wipe out the remaining Kull warriors.

[edit] Background

The face of a Kull Warrior.

Kull Warriors are Humanoid in shape and are covered with a black advanced armor that encases the entire body. This armor makes the warrior completely impervious to most forms of enemy weaponry including both projectile as well as energy attacks. In addition to this, the armor was also resistant to energy shields allowing them to bypass shield traps easily and to walk through the shielded Stargate on Tartarus. Their wrists contain a rapid firing weapons that shot bolts of energy that were easily capable of killing most enemies in a single volley. This made the Kull Warriors a dangerous threat to face once they locked sights on their target.

These Anubis Drones were not a natural form of life but once artificially created through the use of the original Ancient technology that gave birth to the Sarcophagus. The organic being that was grown was not alive but given life through the energies of the Ancient healing device. The creatures were grown as "adults" with vaguely Human features but possessed a more skull shaped face, white skin and white eyes along with their teeth showing. Inside the body was a Goa'uld symbiote but one that was modified by the Queen to possess no personality traits essentially making it a "blank slate". As such, the Kull Warrior was given the healing abilities of a symbiote without any of the personality traits of a Goa'uld which allowed Anubis to possess a perfect killing machine with a great deal of strength. The symbiote was extremely necessary as the artificial process that gave birth to the Kull warrior meant that its physiology was incapable of sustaining itself naturally and in fact the Kull Warriors were prone to short lifespans, with their enhanced physiology resulting in them suffering heart attacks that killed them them process.

Some other noted benefits that were given to the Kull Warriors were a great level of strength and the fact that they were able to withstand poisons along with the capacity to survive even in outerspace for a few minutes. However, the warriors are not designed for longevity, and the burden of their optimized bodies results in a short life-span.

Kull Warriors were single minded in their tasks and followed their orders without question. This meant that they lacked initiative and ignored anything that was not a threat or was not part of their mission parameters. Furthermore, the removal of any personality meant that the Warriors did not fear anyone and were relentless in their goals. If it fell towards an attack that did not kill it in the process, it would simply rise up and continue on its assigned goal.

Its known that a high level of kinetic energy is capable of killing a Kull Warrior but it would have to be a lot in order to accomplish the task otherwise the Warrior will simply rise up once again. It required research into the Ancient healing device in order to create an effective weapon against the Kull warriors; this Kull Disruptor was used to counteract the energies that gave the warrior life in the first place.

The other Goa'uld that fought against Anubis were known to despise the Kull warriors and referred to them as Orac.
