Lantea's ocean is a large body of water that covers most of Lantea's surface. The ocean is home to the Flagisallus. Due to the vast amount of ocean, every 20 to 30 years, the ocean causes a massive storm. Dr. Rodney McKay was once trapped in the back of a Puddle Jumper when it was sinking. The scientists were having trouble to pin point his location because the ocean's currents go several different directions at once. (ATL: "The Storm", "Grace Under Pressure")
