She acts under the name Lexa, and is most famous for her roles as the ships personality, and android on Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda. She currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband Michael Shanks.
She met Michael on the set of the Andromeda episode "Star-Crossed", and they married on 2003-08-02. They had a daughter (Mia Tabitha) on 2004-09-13, and a son (Samuel David) on 2006-03-19.
