The Light Bugs' Planet is an unnamed planet in the Pegasus Galaxy. It is the second planet in the Lantean system and is capable of supporting human life. The planet is quite desolate, with the surface being desert-like and has long days, but very cold nights. The planet is 15 hours away from Lantea by Puddle Jumper and somewhere near the planet is the Ancient defense satellite. 10,000 years ago when the Wraith attempted to seize Atlantis, the satellite shot down a Wraith supply ship, where the crew started to feed on each other. Atlantis 1 investigated the planet to explore the ship, only to find a lone Wraith, which they later killed after being shot several times and blown up twice. (ATL: "The Defiant One")
