The United Mexican States (better known as simply Mexico) is a nation-state on Earth in their North American continent, south of the USA. Until her tomb was opened in 1997, Hathor was imprisoned in a pyramid here. (SG1: "Hathor") After the conquest of Mexico in 1519, tomatoes were carried eastward to Europe, where they were believed to be poisonous. (ATL: "Grace Under Pressure") In 2003, Jonas Quinn received a vision that the SGC was serving Mexican food. (SG1: "Prophecy")
