Michael's cruiser was a Wraith cruiser commandeered from the Wraith fleet by Michael Kenmore.
History
When Michael captured the then-pregnant Teyla Emmagan, he used the cruiser to transport her to a number of his various outposts. He first took her to the base where he held the clone of Dr. Carson Beckett, but was engaged by the Daedalus. After taking heavy damage, he jumped to hyperspace and traveled to another base on a different planet where he was holding the Athosians. After Sheppard's team and Dr. Beckett attacked, he escaped in the crusier with his both hybrids and Teyla. (ATL: "The Kindred, Part 2")
His ship later discovered the destruction of one of his research facilities, which he then set a course for and attacked the team attempting to rescue the personnel trapped under the rubble from the outpost's destruction. His ship was eventually engaged by the Daedalus again, and, knowing that his crusier would be no match for the powerful vessel, he attempted to jump into hyperspace. This time however, the Daedalus succeded in taking out the vessel's hyperdrive, stranding him. With no other options, the crusier engaged the Daedalus and managed to damage it when the shields were lowered long enough to beam Sheppard and Ronon on board. While the ship took heavy damage before it managed to raise its shield, the Daedalus was able to take out the crusier's weapon banks. Seeing an opportunity to rescue Teyla, a rescue team in a cloaked Jumper boarded the ship when Michael launched a wave of Darts to attack the fighters launched by the Daedalus as a distraction. The crusier's hyperdrive was inevitably repaired and the ship prepared to jump again, but Sheppard and Ronon managed to take out the drive itself with C-4 and permanantly disable the crusier. After the team escaped in a Dart, the crusier was destroyed in two shots from the Daedalus, although Michael managed to escape beforehand with the missing jumper.
