Stargate SG-1Edit

Stargate SG-1Edit

  • From Seasons 1 to 5, Shanks appeared in the opening credits, second after Richard Dean Anderson but after rejoining the show in Season 7, Shanks was given the "And.." credit which lasted up to the final episode in Season 10. It should be noted that this credit is something he shares with British-born Canadian actor, David Hewlett (Meredith Rodney McKay) who like Shanks is also credited as "And" on the spin-off series, Stargate Atlantis.
  • Shanks made his directional debut with the Stargate SG-1 Season 4 episode, "Double Jeopardy".
