Milena was a female Satedan who worked in a hospital on Sateda. She was either the wife or girlfriend of Ronon Dex.
In 1998, during the Wraith attack on Sateda, Ronon tried to convince her to leave Sateda. However she refused, saying the Hospital is going to need her. Ronon had to stay and fight, while she stayed in the hospital. But after Ronon's soldiers were killed, he went to the hospital and convince her to leave again, but she again refused. Seconds later, Milena was killed in an explosion. (ATL: " Sateda")
