Oshu was the First Prime of the System Lord Yu. When Yu began to suffer from senility, Oshu was forced to begin making his decisions for Yu. Oshu was well aware of the truth about his master not being a god, admitting as much to Teal'c when he began to note Yu's declining mental state as a result of prolonged use of a sarcophagus, but he still maintained his loyalty to him. Despite this, he contacted Ba'al to ask for his assistance in coordinating the attack against Anubis' mothership, informing Ba'al that Yu's fleet would follow him, while he would obey Ba'al so long as Ba'al's actions resulted in the destruction of Anubis, and thus benefited Yu. To his credit, however, Oshu did a very good job at covering his master's senility, so much that Yu was selected to negotiate with the Tau'ri for their help against Ba'al. Oshu was presumably killed by Replicators shortly after Yu was killed by RepliCarter. (SG1: "Homecoming", "Fallen", "New Order", "Reckoning, Part 1")
