P2X-005 was a planet in Milky Way galaxy which houses a Stargate. In 1999, the ship Sebrus crashed on the planet. Three years later in 2002, SG-1 explored the planet and had set up equipment to study the nebula in the vicinity of the planet and encountered the crew of Sebrus and its prisoners. (SG1: "Forsaken")
