P2X-787 was a planet in the Milky Way galaxy, which held a Stargate and was surveyed by SG-13. During their time on this planet, SG-13 encountered something which they later likened to the ultrasound of Senior Airman Simon Wells' unborn child. (SG1: "Heroes, Part 1")
