P3Y-294 is a planet in the Milky Way galaxy which became subject to the subterfuge of the Rogue NID team during their rampage throughout the galaxy, snatching alien technology. While stealing a Powerful beam weapon from the people of this world, Colonel Sean Grieves turned the weapon on his pursuers, killing all three. Stargate Command returned the device to its proper owners but because of the murderous act, the government of P3Y-294 severed ties with Earth. (SG1: "The Sentinel")
