P5C-11 was a planet in the Milky Way Galaxy which held a Stargate. The planet's atmosphere is toxic. In 1998, Stargate Command sent a MALP to P5C-11 to find Colonel Jack O'Neill and Captain Samantha Carter, who disappeared from P4A-771. The planet was chosen because it lies on a line between P4A-771 and Earth. (SG1: "Solitudes")
