Pelius was a young Human child from M7G-677, a planet in the Pegasus galaxy. When Aries wanted to force out Major John Sheppard's team he had to first force Keras to make the sacrifice, and as such had to get Pelius to speak to the other elders first. (ATL: "Childhood's End")
