Ben Pierce was first seen as a Major in the Air Force (SG1: "The First Ones") as a member of SG-2 and was at a later date promoted to be the commanding officer of SG-15 (SG1: " 2001"). He is now Colonel and one of the commanding officers of the Alpha Site (SG1: "Endgame").
