This unnamed planet is a planet in an unnamed galaxy, which was seeded with a Stargate by the Ancient Seed ships hundreds of thousands (possibly millions) of years ago. The planet is in the same system as the desert planet. Despite this, Andrea Palmer, Jeremy Franklin and Curtis thought it would be a better place to search than the desert. They overrode the Destiny lockout and dialed the planet. Palmer and Curtis stepped through the Gate, however Franklin was stopped by Ronald Greer and Nicholas Rush. The two who stepped through to this unnamed planet are presumed dead. If they do live, they were abandoned by the Destiny as it jumped into FTL travel. The planet is rich in vegetation, water and air. SGU

This planet has no known canonical name.  While the information presented in this article is canonical, the planet described lacks an official name, thus the title is conjecture.

History

Seed ship arrival

A few million years ago, it arrived a Ancient seed ship to the planet and planted a Stargate on the surface. Stargate was located in a dense forest on the surface.

Present history

In 2009, when the new Destiny expedition explored the desert planet for an important mineral that was required to fix Destiny's life support system, this planet was locked out of Destiny's Dial Home Device for an unknown reason. Despite this, Andrea Palmer, Jeremy Franklin and Sgt. Curtis thought it would be a better place to search than the desert. They overrode the Destiny lockout and dialed the planet. Palmer and Curtis stepped through the Gate, however Franklin was stopped by MSgt. Ronald Greer and Dr. Nicholas Rush. The two who stepped through to this unnamed planet are presumed dead. If they do live, they were abandoned by the Destiny as it jumped into FTL travel. And the planet is also rich in vegetation, water and air. It is possible to have the animals. (SGU: "Air, Part 3")
