The Rebel Jaffa fleet or most commonly known as the Free Jaffa fleet consists of ship types from the Goa'uld fleet inherited by the Rebel Jaffa after the fall of the Goa'uld Empire.

- Al'kesh - A mid-range Bomber.
- Death glider - Close support Fighter/Interceptor.
- Needle Threader - An old Goa'uld Fighter design, capable of traversing through a Stargate.
- Ha'tak - The general purpose Goa'uld Mothership.
- Tel'tak - Goa'uld Scout ship, Capable of Cloaking.
- Troop Transport - A vessel capable of delivering large numbers of Jaffa into battle.
