The Replicator disruptor cannon was a larger, ship-mounted variant of the original Disruptor.

The weapon was designed by Thor using the knowledge of the origional replicator disruptor developed by Jack O'Neill while he possessed the Ancient knowledge. The weapon was constructed on Thor's Daniel Jackson (starship). It took 10-30 minutes for the weapon to fully charge and the disruptor wave could encompass an entire city and it's surroundings.

The weapon was used to destroy most of the Replicators that invaded Orilla, Except for the ship that got away before the weapon was fully charged. And the weapon was used again when the replicators invaded the Milky Way to destroy the replicators on the replicator controlled Ha'ak, but the weapon was rendered useless after the replicators became immune to the weapon.
