Runner

Runners are people who are implanted by the Wraith with a tracking device in the back and are then sent to run away while the Wraith hunts them down, for their amusement or training, the exact reason is unknown, although it may be a tactic used to locate previously unknown groups of humans. It is unknown exactly how many runners there are. (ATL: "Runner")
