Shock grenades are Goa'uld and Tok'ra weapons used for non-lethal purposes. Similar to a Tau'ri flashbang, the grenades, when activated, release an incredibly bright flash of light, and an incredibly high intensity sound, which knocks its victims unconcious. (SG1: "The Serpent's Lair", "Enemies")
Shock grenades can also come in explosive form. (SG1: "Seth")
