Smeadon is a high-ranking official of the Manarians on the planet Manaria. When Atlantis was facing destruction at the hands of a massive storm, Major John Sheppard and Lt. Aiden Ford asked him for shelter until the storm subsided. He then told the Genii that Atlantis is being evacuated. (SGA: "The Storm")
