This creatures Destiny Expedition encountered on Jungle planet. Little is known about them, except they are poisonous and their venom can cure diseases.
Alternative Reality
- As the off-world team quarantined themselves on the Jungle planet, the creatures attacked during the night. Eventually, these creatures would kill all but Lt. Scott and Dr. Rush. Rush, due to an attempt to return to Destiny during a creature attack, inadvertently traveled back in time while Scott presumably followed some time later along with the kino, resetting the timeline.
- During the attempt to obtain the creatures' venom, several soldiers, including Greer and Young, were killed by them. This timeline was also reset by Lt. Scott in the same manner but with additional instruction.
