The Gate Hub
The Stargate hub that Col. Sheppard and his team are trapped in, turns out to be located on a space station. The ZPM, which has been keeping the station from being knocked off course, has increased it power output do to the arrive of the Atlantis team and is nearing depletion. If I is fully depleted, the the stations systems will shut down and the team will die.
While discussing about Atlantis returning to the Pegasus Galaxy, a member of the International Oversight Advisory tells Woolsey that the protection of Earth is their top priority and that he needs to get use to the idea of Atlantis remaining on Earth.
The Stargate Hub
Rodney gets one of the Stargates working,but they only have one chance to try to escape the hub. They dial the last gate address that was used. After a connection is made, the team steps through the gate. After stepping through the gate and arriving at their destination, the team finds themselves at an Ancient facility. As Daniel Jackson starts to look around and study a computer to see if they can figure out where they are, Col. Sheppard and the rest of the team have a look around. As they do, a stasis pod in another room opens and a man steps out.
After escaping the stasis pod, Janus stuns Jackson. Meanwhile, Sheppard discovers a control chair and McKay discovers a supply of Zero Point Modules. After checking in with Jackson and getting no response, Sheppard and McKay go and check on him. They find Jackson on the floor unconscious.Sheppard notices an image of a Goa'ould mothership on a screen. Just then Janus stuns Sheppard and McKay. He then actives a screen. An image of Janus appears and gives instructions to the Janus from the stasis pod.
Thee is an unscheduled off-world gate activation. After the wormhole.connects, Janus comes through the gate including the shield.He then activates the control panel that rises up from the floor in front of the Stargate. He then proceeds to use an energy field to cause the people on Atlantis to become unconscious.
After McKay, Sheppard, and Jackson recover from the stun blast, Daniel learns that the Goa'ould mothership on the screen they saw earlier is the one belonged to the Goa'ould who left the original Stargate at Giza, Egypt.
