Stevens was a member of the United States Air Force and SG-12. He and his team accompanied Teal'c to P9G-844 to investigate the Sodan distress call. Once there, Major Hadden order him and Conway to call Stargate Command for med teams. On there way they were shot by Volnek. He was killed and Conway was severely injured. (SG1: "Arthur's Mantle")
