Talk:Air, Part 2

From SGCommand

Does anyone know where the two parts split? I'm pretty sure Part 1 ends as Young is propelled through the Stargate as Icarus explodes and Part 2 opens on the Pentagon as Harriman, O'Neill and Carter discuss what happened. Can someone confirm? Cheers. Kal'el T | C - 18:49, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

That's why I suggested to merge part 1 and part 2. Becouse we have all nonstop aired in one article: Children of the Gods, Rising --╔▲╠☼╚╡∩║▀⌠⅜⌡├┤∩ (talk) (Contribs) 18:52, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
Not true. The Siege, Part 1, The Siege, Part 2, The Siege, Part 3. The Return, Part 1, The Return, Part 2. Also, when this airs in syndication, it will most likely not air together. Kal'el T | C - 18:57, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
Realy? in USA The Siege, Part 1 and The Siege, Part 2 was aired in the same day without opening credits before part 2 and without any other separations? --╔▲╠☼╚╡∩║▀⌠⅜⌡├┤∩ (talk) (Contribs) 18:59, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
Ah, sorry, I misread your first comment and I understand what you were saying now. Siege aired all three episodes separately. But Rising and CotG also air separately now, and so will Air. This is a unique situation. We've never had a three part episode where two parts aired together and the third part is split. In any case, we voted and agreed to separate the episode into three articles (I voted to keep it as one, btw). So I'm just looking to clarify where the two episodes split. I'm pretty sure it's where I stated above, but not 100% positive. Cheers. Kal'el T | C - 19:08, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
OK, So we have to just look at timer. Just when 50% of it done - Part 1 ends and Part 2 starts --╔▲╠☼╚╡∩║▀⌠⅜⌡├┤∩ (talk) (Contribs) 19:10, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, it's about the halfway mark. Kal'el T | C - 19:14, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

The Gateworld photo gallery for Air part 1 ends when Carter says "Then where did they go?".—Anubis 10545 (talk) (Contribs) 23:16, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
Well, damn. Right around the half-way mark, Young gets blown up and the Icarus planet is destroyed, which seems to me like the logical "To be continued..." point, with part two opening on D.C. and the Pentagon. But the episode is 86 minutes long and the 43 minute mark happens while Scott is telling people to search the ship and Rush finds the communications device. If episode two starts when gateworld assumes it does, then Jack, Sam and Walter don't appear in part two. Cheers. Kal'el T | C - 23:33, October 5, 2009 (UTC)
Seen the episode, so I can get involved now :) Just saw part one, aparantly in the UK it is released as two seperate parts. Part 1 did indeed end with Carter saying "then where did they go?" -- Matthew R Dunn (talk) (Contribs) 19:59, October 6, 2009 (UTC)
