Under goofs: "a Transphase Eradication Rod was supposedly placed in the gate room"
Was it? Sam installed palm scanners for the iris in "Show and Tell" but I don't remember - nor could I easily find a mention in the transcript - that a TER was installed in the gate room. Other than it being a sensible thing to do, is there evidence that this is true? (Maybe a future episode that I haven't gotten to yet?)
